CARE INSTRUCTIONS: To care for your bonded leather items, use a watered down mild liquid dish soap. Dampen a cloth and wipe the item, then follow with a dry cloth to remove any moisture. A conditioning leather cleaner should be used 2-4 times a year for deeper cleaning.
Shipping Info
We warehouse with Amazon and ship with Amazon logistics, UPS and FedEx. Upon ordering, you will receive a confirmation email and when your item is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping times vary but usually fall between 2-5 business days. Items with longer shipping time will be notated in the product description.
Returns & Replacements
✦ Returns are accepted for 30 days from delivery date. In order to start a return, EMAIL us with your order number, the reason for the return, and we will send you return instructions. This may include taking a QRC code to UPS along with your item. Make sure to include the original box with all accessories and any hardware or software.✦ We reserve the right to issue partial refunds and/or restocking fees based on the condition of the returned item.
